Nigeria Election: Buhari Distance Himself From El-Rufai’s threat to foreigners

The Nigeria Election is a stone throw away from now. Vote Wisely.

President Buhari has disassociated himself from the threat controversial statement issued by the  Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai.

You could remember that Nadir El-Rufai said any foreigner who interfere in the poll with go back in “Bodybags”

The All Progressive Congress (APC) Governor Made this threat during his feature on NTA anchored by Cyril Stober.

 

“Those that are calling for anyone to come and intervene in Nigeria, we are waiting for the person that would come and intervene, they would go back in body bags,” the governor had said.

He also said that, the military intervention in Sierra Leone and Liberia in the 1990s on resolution international was just for the sake of “Neighborliness.”

And not under APC watch the international Bodies would interfere in the elections.

And if it dares happens, they are going back in “Body Bags”

Not concurring to the threat statements of El-rufai, President buhari has distance himself from such statement.

Nigeria election is a stone throw away, Pres.Buhari  has said that, any body issuing threats to international Body from any source does not represent the position of the federal Government of Nigeria.

“I want to assure all Nigerians, the diplomatic community and all foreign election observers of their safety and full protection.

“Any comments or threats of intimidation from any source do not represent the position of the Federal Government of Nigeria.” — Buhari Said.
